Register for LCYLS Prior to Validation!!!

  • Registration is now open in FairEntry: https://www.lcyla.net/show-information/fair-entry. We have attached a step-by-step guide that we hope will help families register. It’s also posted on this webpage.
  • A few reminders when registering. Each head is $25 this year (see attached). When a family selects the species for market animals they are entering, they are automatically charged the initial fee of $25. They will add an additional head(s) under at least one family member for any animal they need to validate above the initial entry. Each exhibitor needs their own entry at least. Halter Heifers are charged by the head as they enter their animal and add their breed information.
  • If you had a family member that showed in 2024 you should have an active account already.
  • If they are unable to log in, they can click “Forgot Password” option and follow the steps to get a temporary password sent to your email. If the email does not show as an active account, follow the steps to set up a new family profile.
  • Exhibitors will begin showing on Monday, April 7, 2025, and conclude on Saturday, April 12, 2015, with loadouts and barn clean-up by exhibitors. This year’s Sale of Champions will take place on the evening of Friday, April 11, 2025.
  • IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH EXHIBITOR AND PARENT TO KNOW THE RULES OF THE SHOW. The rules change each year, and it is required that each exhibitor familiarize themselves with the current Rule Book. Full Rule Book and forms are also on our webpage at https://www.lcyla.net/
  • The other species will not open their registration until after the cattle (or preceding validation).

Sign Up to WORK the 4-H Concession Stand at LCYLS (Click Here):

The Leon Co. Youth Livestock Show is coming up April 5, 7-11, 2025 and that means it’s time for our 4-H concession stand, which is a huge fundraiser for our county 4-H program.  Proceeds support:

  • partially cover costs of county, district, state and national participation of our 4-H’ers
  • provide meal, decorations and awards for the Leon Co. 4-H Awards Banquet
  • 4-H Scholarships (3) $700 scholarships, plus 4-H Council Senior Scholarships ($200/each).
  • cover annual 4-H adult volunteer application and screening fees for all enrolled adult volunteers. Plus volunteer trainings such as shooting sports.
